For many years Milltown Physiotherapy Clinic has been working with both individuals and teams from a wide variety of sports.

When injury occurs the following are all important:

  • Rest, ice, compression, elevation and anti-inflammatory medication within the first 48 hours of injury.
  • Early treatment to accelerate healing and limit further injury.
  • Biomechanical assessment to ensure that other potential causes of the problem are identified.
