Sinead graduated from Trinity College Dublin with an Honours Degree in Physiotherapy in 1998 and returned to Trinity College in 2000 to complete a Masters Degree in Sports Medicine. She has since worked in private practice in Ireland, Australia and the US treating a wide variety of sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems.

In 2003-2004 she studied in the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia obtaining a Master’s Degree in Manual Therapy. This qualification covered all areas of musculoskeletal pain with an emphasis on spinal pain.

Sinead has also completed several postgraduate courses and has a special interest in Lower Limb Biomechanics and Orthotic Prescription. She has completed instructor courses in both Pilates and Yoga.
