Ruth graduated from University College Dublin in 2003 with an honours degree in physiotherapy. She began her career in St. Vincent’s University Hospital where she gained a broad range of experience in respiratory care and orthopedic rehabilitation. She completed a Masters in Sports Medicine in Trinity College Dublin in 2005 and a Certificate in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy in Curtin University Perth in 2006.
Ruth has completed a number of post graduate courses in the areas of musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy and also has a special interest in Women’s Health physiotherapy including pelvic floor rehabilitation. She is a certified Body Control Pilates Instructor.
