We are delighted to offer Ante-Natal Pilates classes. These classes are led by a Chartered Physiotherapist who is a Certified Pilates Instructor.
To be eligible to join the class you must be at least 16wks pregnant. We require all participants to have an assessment prior to joining a class to ensure that the exercises they do are both safe and appropriate to their needs.
Pilates in pregnancy have many benefits. They help to maintain muscle length and flexibility, improve tone of the abdominal and gluteal muscles, aid pelvic support and increase spinal flexibility.
